Seminole Canyon State Park and Historic Site is located a few minutes west of Comstock, Texas. Phone: (432) 292-4464. Tour the Fate Bell Shelter Wednesdays though Sundays throughout the year. Rock Art Foundation conducts tours to various rock art sites from September to May or early June. These weekend outings are great adventures for the whole family. The RAF also offers tours to the Shelter of the White Shaman each Saturday from September through May. Tours may also be available during some of the summer months. This shelter is near Seminole Canyon State Park and Historic Site.

The Witte Museum in San Antonio has an excellent permanent exhibit about the Archaic Indians of the Lower Pecos. This exhibit features actual artifacts from this early Texas culture.
